Ingredients

  1. Step 1 225g thick and creamy plain yogurt , strained
  2. Step 2 3-4 tbsp harissa (depending on taste)
  3. Step 3 small handful coriander , finely chopped
  4. Step 4 small handful fresh mint , finely chopped

Directions

  1. Step 1 Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and beat in as much harissa as you like. Stir in most of the coriander and mint, and season if you like. Tip into a serving bowl, garnish with the rest of the herbs and serve.
