- Step 1 400g tomatillos
- Step 2 small pack coriander
- Step 3 1 white onion , chopped
- Step 4 2 green chillies , roughly chopped
- Step 5 1 garlic clove , roughly chopped
- Step 6 1 lime , juiced
- Step 7 1 avocado , cut into small cubes

Directions
- Step 1 Put the tomatillos in a pan of boiling water, cook for 3 mins or until the skins split, remove with a slotted spoon and cool for 5-10 mins. Blitz in a food processor with the coriander, onion, chilli, garlic and lime. Tip into a bowl, stir in the avocado and season to taste.
