Tequila diablo rojo

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 ice
  2. Step 2 50ml tequila blanco (we used El Jimador)
  3. Step 3 15ml lime juice
  4. Step 4 15ml sugar syrup
  5. Step 5 125-150ml ginger beer
  6. Step 6 1-2 tsp crème de cassis to finish
  7. Step 7 1 tsp pomegranate seeds

Directions

  1. Step 1 Half-fill a tall glass with ice then add the tequila, lime and sugar syrup. Stir gently to combine then top up with ginger beer then stir once more.
  2. Step 2 Slowly pour the crème de cassis and garnish with a few pomegranate seeds dropped into the glass.
