  1. Step 1 4 thick slices of baguette or 2 country loaf slices, halved
  2. Step 2 1 large tomato , thickly sliced
  3. Step 3 100g firm goat's cheese , thickly sliced
  4. Step 4 4 large basil leaves
  5. Step 5 olive oil , for drizzling

Directions

  1. Step 1 Heat the grill to high. Toast the bread on one side. Flip the slices over and top each with a slice of tomato, goat's cheese and basil leaf. Drizzle a little oil over each one. Grill for about 5 mins until the cheese is just starting to melt and the basil leaf is crispy.
