Spicy seed mix

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 250g mixed seed (sunflower, pumpkin, linseed)
  2. Step 2 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  3. Step 3 1 tsp ras-el-hanout
  4. Step 4 ¼ tsp low-sodium salt
  5. Step 5 1 tsp reduced salt soy sauce
  6. Step 6 1 tsp agave syrup
  7. Step 7 pinch cayenne

Directions

  1. Step 1 Preheat the oven to 160C/ 140 fan/ Gas mark 3.
  2. Step 2 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread onto a baking sheet. Cook for 15 - 20 mins until dry and golden. Stir once during cooking. Allow to cool and store in a sealed container for up to 3 weeks.
