  2. Step 2 1 garlic clove , finely chopped
  3. Step 3 3 tbsp olive oil
  4. Step 4 salt
  5. Step 5 pepper
  6. Step 6 20 slices of baguette
  7. Step 7 5-6 slices Serrano ham

Directions

  1. Step 1 Mix together the chopped tomatoes, garlic clove, olive oil, salt and pepper. Keep in the fridge until needed.
  2. Step 2 To serve, toast 20 slices of baguette. Spoon a little tomato topping on to each piece of toast. Tear 5-6 slices of jamón Serrano into pieces and put one piece on each slice of bread.
