Ingredients
- Step 1 3 cups oats
- Step 2 1 cup mixed nuts including macadamia if possible
- Step 3 ½ cup sesame seeds
- Step 4 ½ cup sunflower seeds
- Step 5 ½ cup raisins
- Step 6 ½ cup dried cranberries
- Step 7 1 cup dried ready-to-eat apricots , chopped
- Step 8 soya or semi-skimmed milk
- Step 9 chopped fresh seasonal fruit , such as pears, banana, pineapple, papya, passion fruit and grapes

Directions
- Step 1 Tip the oats into a large airtight container and add the nuts, seeds, raisins and cranberries. Stir in the apricots.
- Step 2 To serve, spoon a portion into a bowl, pour over the milk and top with chopped fresh fruit.
