Seven-cup muesli

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 3 cups oats
  2. Step 2 1 cup mixed nuts including macadamia if possible
  3. Step 3 ½ cup sesame seeds
  4. Step 4 ½ cup sunflower seeds
  5. Step 5 ½ cup raisins
  6. Step 6 ½ cup dried cranberries
  7. Step 7 1 cup dried ready-to-eat apricots , chopped
  8. Step 8 soya or semi-skimmed milk
  9. Step 9 chopped fresh seasonal fruit , such as pears, banana, pineapple, papya, passion fruit and grapes

Directions

  1. Step 1 Tip the oats into a large airtight container and add the nuts, seeds, raisins and cranberries. Stir in the apricots.
  2. Step 2 To serve, spoon a portion into a bowl, pour over the milk and top with chopped fresh fruit.
