  1. Step 1 12 ready-made Yorkshire puddings
  2. Step 2 2 tbsp creamed horseradish
  3. Step 3 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  4. Step 4 2 tbsp crème fraîche or soured cream
  5. Step 5 12 slices pastrami or leftover roast beef
  6. Step 6 ½ small pack chives , snipped (or 2 tbsp crispy onions from a tub)
