Preheat oven to warm (for gas that is 150 to 200 degrees F, or set to 118 degrees if available.) Or use your food dehydrator that will set to 118 degrees F.Grease 9x9 inch pan with coconut oil cooking spray.In food processor - mix together maple syrup, dried figs, salt, and mashed banana. Then add vanilla extract, almond butter, shredded coconut, and ground flaxseed, and mix well in food processor. Next add matcha green tea, coconut sugar, chia seeds, and oats. Pulse all ingredients together well.With spoon, fold in the blueberry craisins and chocolate chunks.

Pour ingredients in greased pan and spread out evenly.

Place in oven to dry out ingredients for about 1 1/2 hours depending on oven, and setting of oven.If you have food dehydrator, place ingredients on food dehydrator plate, and dry out ingredients at 118 degrees F.Keep in refrigerator.Enjoy!
