   Prepare a pan by laying a sheet of parchment paper down on top of a baking sheet or any large, flat pan.Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave (cook at 15 second intervals, and stir until melted) or in a pan or double boiler on the stove top.Carefully pour the melted chocolate on top of the parchment lined pan and spread evenly using a spatula.Drop about 3 drops of each color coloring on top and swirl around with a toothpick.Top of with star sprinkles and sugar sprinkles (pink, blue, and purple).Freeze for 30 minutes.The chocolate should pop up in 1 big sheet, start breaking apart into whatever sizes pieces you'd like.
