Prawn tacos

- Step 1 1 tbsp olive oil
- Step 2 juice 1 lime
- Step 3 2 garlic cloves , crushed
- Step 4 pinch chilli flakes
- Step 5 dash of Tabasco sauce
- Step 6 400g raw peeled prawn
- Step 7 8 tacos shells
- Step 8 ½ iceberg lettuce , shredded
- Step 9 200ml tub low-fat guacamole
- Step 10 200ml tub half-fat soured cream
- Step 11 200ml tub salsa

Directions
- Step 1 Mix the oil, lime juice, garlic, chilli and a dash of Tabasco. Stir in the prawns and set aside for 5 mins. Heat the tacos according to pack instructions.
- Step 2 Tip the prawns and the marinade into a frying pan and fry for 2 mins until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through. Spoon into the warm tacos, add some lettuce and serve with guacamole, soured cream and salsa.
