Prawn tacos

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. Step 2 juice 1 lime
  3. Step 3 2 garlic cloves , crushed
  4. Step 4 pinch chilli flakes
  5. Step 5 dash of Tabasco sauce
  6. Step 6 400g raw peeled prawn
  7. Step 7 8 tacos shells
  8. Step 8 ½ iceberg lettuce , shredded
  9. Step 9 200ml tub low-fat guacamole
  10. Step 10 200ml tub half-fat soured cream
  11. Step 11 200ml tub salsa

Directions

  1. Step 1 Mix the oil, lime juice, garlic, chilli and a dash of Tabasco. Stir in the prawns and set aside for 5 mins. Heat the tacos according to pack instructions.
  2. Step 2 Tip the prawns and the marinade into a frying pan and fry for 2 mins until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through. Spoon into the warm tacos, add some lettuce and serve with guacamole, soured cream and salsa.
