1 2 teaspoons shortening
2 24 strawberries, washed and dried
3 2 tablespoons blue colored sugar
4 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips

Directions

Melt white chocolate according to package directions. You may need to add about 1 teaspoon of shortening to every 1 cup of white chocolate.When fully melted, dip berries into chocolate, about 1/2 way up.Then dip into blue sugar or blue sprinkles.
