Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking pan with aluminum foil.

Place your fish fillets on the tin foil.

Combine cumin, chili powder, Old Bay and garlic salt in a small bowl and mix.

Add your fish topper in a thin layer on top of the fish fillets, using the back of a spoon to distribute evenly.

Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the top of the fish.

Cook fish for 10-15 minutes you will know it is done when it becomes an opaque white and flakes easily with a fork.
