Miso spinach toast

- Step 1 1 tbsp miso paste
- Step 2 1 tbsp melted butter
- Step 3 200g spinach
- Step 4 2 tsp soy sauce
- Step 5 2 slices of toast
- Step 6 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- Step 7 2 spring onions , sliced

Directions
- Step 1 Mix the miso paste with the melted butter, then tip into a frying pan. Add the spinach, cook over a medium heat until wilted, then add the soy sauce. Divide between two toasts, scatter each with the black sesame seeds and the sliced spring onions, and tuck in.
