Melting nachos with shredded gammon

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 200g plain tortilla chip
  2. Step 2 175g shredded cooked ham or gammon
  3. Step 3 2 x 200g tubs tomato salsa
  4. Step 4 100g grated cheddar
  5. Step 5 2 sliced jalapeños
  6. Step 6 guacamole and soured cream , to serve

Directions

  1. Step 1 Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Empty the chips into a large ovenproof dish and scatter over the ham or gammon. Spoon over the salsa and bake for 5 mins. Sprinkle with the cheddar, then return to the oven for a further 5 mins. Top with jalapeños and serve with guacamole and soured cream.
