  2. Step 2 8 slices mozzarella (0.5 a ball) (vegetarian brand, if required)
  3. Step 3 8 sundried tomatoes
  4. Step 4 8 fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Step 1 Preheat the grill to a high heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment and put 8 ritz crackers on top with a slice of mozzarella on each. Grill for 1 min until the cheese starts to melt.
  2. Step 2 Top with a sundried tomato and a basil leaf and sandwich another Ritz cracker on top.
