Macadamia Nut Apple Cookies

Preheat your oven to 325 Degrees Fahrenheit (163 Celsius)

Place your macadamia nuts in your food processor or Blend-tec and process to a coarse butter scraping down the sides as needed

Add your egg, butter, and honey and process to combine

Add in your salt, all spice, and cinnamon and process to mix well

Add your coconut flour and baking soda and process one last time

Transfer to a large mixing bowl and stir in your diced apples

If your dough is hot because of your food processor, chill your dough in your refrigerator

Using a medium cookie scoop I got 16 cookies but you can make them whatever size you would like

Spread your cookies out on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and press them down to look like cookies

Bake for 15 minutes for a still chewy but nicely baked cookie

Remove from the oven and let cool

Place your macadamia nut butter in a large mixing bowl

Melt your butter and then add to the mixing bowl with the egg, honey, salt, all spice, cinnamon and using a hand mixer or whisk, mix well
