    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Line 8"x8" glass baking pan with parchment paper and make sure that you leave edges of the paper overhanging the sides of the pan.In a large bowl mix sesame seeds, coconut, peanuts, chia seeds and salt together.In a small bowl thoroughly mix together the syrup, almond butter and vanilla. Once this is blended together, pour it into the bowl of the sesame seed mixture. Then thoroughly coat the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.Scrape the mixture into the lined baking pan and pat it into the pan in an even layer.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges begin to lightly brown.

    Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour.Pull bars out of the pan by lifting the parchment paper and cut into 16 equal squares.Store in an airtight container.
