Heat oven to 350F. Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with a strip of parchment paper.In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, ground ginger, onion powder, garlic powder and hoisin sauce.Press gently into the loaf pan, smoothing the top of the meatloaf.

Bake in pre-heated oven for 55 minutes, or until center of the meatloaf is cooked through.Allow to cool a few minutes before loosening around the edges of the meatloaf with a knife. Lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper 'handles'.

Brush with additional hoisin sauce and garnish with green onions.To make ahead

Freeze uncooked: press into the loaf pan and cover tightly with plastic and/or foil. Freeze for up to 3 months. To bake, thaw completely before baking at 350F for 55 minutes, or until cooked through.Freeze after baking: cool meatloaf completely, then cover with plastic and/or foil. Freeze for up to 3 months. To bake, thaw completely, then warm in the oven (covered) at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
