In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.In a medium bowl, whisk together the yeast, water, and honey and allow to stand for a few minutes until frothy. Then stir in the olive oil.

Pour the wet mixture into the flour and use your fingers to slowly bring the flour in from the sides and continue to mix until a dough forms.Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes. Form the dough into a ball and place into an oiled bowl. Cover with a damp towel and set aside in a warm spot for about 45 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.When the dough is ready, punch down on a lightly floured surface and knead again for a minute. Then place the dough back into the bowl to rise for another 10 minutes.Divide the dough into two and roll out each as thinly as possible on sheets of parchment paper.

Spread Nutella over each base as desired and top with berries and grated white chocolate.

Place the pizza stone on the grill and allow it to heat up for about 20 minutes.

Transfer one dough base to the pizza stone using a pizza peel or just by picking up the corners of the parchment paper. Cover the grill with a lid and bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes, or until the crisp becomes crisp. Repeat with the second pizza.
