Funfetti Ice Cream

Directions

   In a small saucepan heat milk, sugar and salt over medium-low heat, just until sugar has dissolved.

   Pour milk mixture into a large bowl.

   Add in cream and all three extracts, stirring to combine. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until thoroughly chilled.

   Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Once ice cream has frozen in the ice cream maker, transfer to a freezer-safe container. Stir in sprinkles and freeze for additional time to get your desired consistency.

   Serve with additional sprinkles, if desired.
