Curried turkey lettuce wraps

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 100g natural yogurt
  2. Step 2 1 tsp curry powder
  3. Step 3 1 tsp tomato purée
  4. Step 4 2 tbsp raisins
  5. Step 5 100g cooked skinless turkey or chicken breast meat
  6. Step 6 8 Little Gem lettuces leaves
  7. Step 7 2 tsp sunflower seeds
  8. Step 8 coriander leaves

Directions

  1. Step 1 Mix the natural yogurt with the curry powder, tomato purée and raisins. Stir in the cooked turkey or chicken, then spoon onto the lettuce leaves. Scatter over the sunflower seeds and the coriander leaves.
