Crunchy peanut banoffee sundae
Ingredients
- Step 1 3 tbsp caramel from a can (we used Carnation)
- Step 2 1 tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- Step 3 1 tbsp milk
- Step 4 2 scoops toffee or caramel ice cream
- Step 5 2-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Step 6 1 large banana , sliced
- Step 7 1 heaped tbsp roughly chopped salted peanuts
- Step 8 1 caramel wafer , halved

- Step 1 Heat the caramel, peanut butter, milk and a pinch of salt in a saucepan, whisking until smooth. Divide half the warm sauce between 2 sundae glasses. Layer the remaining ingredients in the glasses, finishing with another drizzle of sauce, a sprinkling of peanuts and a caramel wafer.
