Crunchy peanut banoffee sundae

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 3 tbsp caramel from a can (we used Carnation)
  2. Step 2 1 tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter
  3. Step 3 1 tbsp milk
  4. Step 4 2 scoops toffee or caramel ice cream
  5. Step 5 2-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  6. Step 6 1 large banana , sliced
  7. Step 7 1 heaped tbsp roughly chopped salted peanuts
  8. Step 8 1 caramel wafer , halved

Directions

  1. Step 1 Heat the caramel, peanut butter, milk and a pinch of salt in a saucepan, whisking until smooth. Divide half the warm sauce between 2 sundae glasses. Layer the remaining ingredients in the glasses, finishing with another drizzle of sauce, a sprinkling of peanuts and a caramel wafer.
