- Step 1 60g chia seeds
- Step 2 400ml unsweetened almond milk or hazelnut milk
- Step 3 3 tbsp cacao powder
- Step 4 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Step 5 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Step 6 cacao nibs , mixed
- Step 7 frozen berries , to serve

Directions
- Step 1 Put all the ingredients in a large bowl with a generous pinch of sea salt and whisk to combine. Cover with cling film then leave to thicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Step 2 Spoon the pudding into four glasses, then top with the frozen berries and cacao nibs.
