Chocolate chia pudding

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 60g chia seeds
  2. Step 2 400ml unsweetened almond milk or hazelnut milk
  3. Step 3 3 tbsp cacao powder
  4. Step 4 2 tbsp maple syrup
  5. Step 5 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  6. Step 6 cacao nibs , mixed
  7. Step 7 frozen berries , to serve

Directions

  1. Step 1 Put all the ingredients in a large bowl with a generous pinch of sea salt and whisk to combine. Cover with cling film then leave to thicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Step 2 Spoon the pudding into four glasses, then top with the frozen berries and cacao nibs.
