  1. Step 1 50g blue cheese
  2. Step 2 50g soured cream
  3. Step 3 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  4. Step 4 1 celery stick, finely chopped
  5. Step 5 4 sausages
  6. Step 6 4 brioche hot dog buns
  7. Step 7 a drizzle of buffalo hot sauce
  8. Step 8 2 tbsp crispy fried onions

Directions

  1. Step 1 Put the blue cheese, soured cream and mayonnaise in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Stir through the celery and season to taste. Cook the sausages following pack instructions. Split the hot dog buns and fill each with a sausage, the blue cheese sauce and a drizzle of buffalo hot sauce. Top with the crispy fried onions.
