Ingredients

  1. Step 1 150g bio yogurt
  2. Step 2 160g blueberries , raspberries or cherries (or a combination)
  3. Step 3 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds , sunflower seeds or flaked almonds
  4. Step 4 a little chopped mint (optional)
