- Step 1 2 whole cooked beetroots
- Step 2 2 tomatoes
- Step 3 1 red chilli , deseeded
- Step 4 1 orange , peeled
- Step 5 ¼ cucumber
- Step 6 small pack coriander , finely chopped
- Step 7 1 lime , juiced
- Step 8 tortilla chips or crisps

- Step 1 Cut the beetroot, tomatoes, chilli, orange and cucumber into small chunks, then mix them all together with the coriander and lime juice. Season and serve with tortilla chips or crisps.
