  1. Step 1 2 small ripe bananas
  2. Step 2 4 scoops ice cream
  3. Step 3 1 chocolate bar , chopped into small chunks
  4. Step 4 3 tbsp cream
  5. Step 5 small knob of butter

Directions

  1. Step 1 Tip all the sauce ingredients into a small saucepan and heat gently, stirring until you have a smooth sauce. Peel and split the bananas. Put 2 halves on each of 2 serving plates, add 2 scoops of ice cream to each plate, drizzle over the warm sauce and serve straight away.
