  1. Step 1 1small garlic clove , shredded
  2. Step 2 ½ tsp shredded ginger
  3. Step 3 1 tsp tamari
  4. Step 4 2 tsp lemon juice
  5. Step 5 1 avocado

Directions

  1. Step 1 Mix the garlic, ginger, tamari and lemon juice in a small bowl. Dilute with 1-2 tsp water. Cut the avocado in half and destone, then spoon in the dressing and eat with a teaspoon.
