  1. Step 1 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  2. Step 2 15g popcorn kernels
  3. Step 3 50g raisins
  4. Step 4 45g whole almonds (ideally skins on)
  5. Step 5 25g puffed wheat

Directions

  1. Step 1 Heat the oil in a small pan, add the corn, cover and cook for 2-3 mins or until all the kernels pop. Tip into a bowl, leave to cool, then stir in the raisins, almonds and puffed wheat. Store in an airtight container.
