Ingredients

  1. Step 1 100g light soft cheese
  2. Step 2 50g fat-free bio yogurt
  3. Step 3 1 crushed garlic clove
  4. Step 4 handful of snipped chives
  5. Step 5 a little lemon juice
  6. Step 6 fresh ground pepper
  7. Step 7 125g pack of chopped smoked salmon
  8. Step 8 a few sprigs of chopped dill
  9. Step 9 chilli dipping sauce
  10. Step 10 half a grated cucumber
  11. Step 11 a handful of chopped mint

Directions

  1. Step 1 For the dip base, mix 100g light soft cheese with 50g fat-free bio-yogurt.
  2. Step 2 For garlic & herb, stir in crushed garlic clove, snipped chives, a little lemon juice and fresh ground pepper.
  3. Step 3 For the fish dip, take the chopped smoked salmon and a few sprigs of chopped dill and stir in the base dip.
  4. Step 4 For spice-lovers, stir a little chilli dipping sauce, to taste, through the base mix.
  5. Step 5 Go Greek and stir through grated cucumber, and a handful of chopped mint.
