10-minute stir-fry

Ingredients

  1. Step 1 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  2. Step 2 1 red chilli, sliced (optional)
  3. Step 3 1 garlic clove, sliced
  4. Step 4 500g mixed vegetables such as pak choi, baby corn and broccoli
  5. Step 5 1½ tbsp soy sauce
  6. Step 6 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Directions

  1. Step 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, then fry the chilli and garlic for 1 min.
  2. Step 2 Add the veg and toss to coat in the oil. Fry for 2-3 mins, then add the soy and chilli sauce, mixing well. Cook for 2-3 mins more until the veg are tender.
