Ingredients

  1. Step 1 300g peeled, cooked large prawn
  2. Step 2 400g can chickpea , drained
  3. Step 3 ½ a small bunch parsley , roughly chopped
  4. Step 4 juice 1 lemon
  5. Step 5 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Step 1 Mix prawns with chickpeas and parsley. Add lemon juice, olive oil and some seasoning. Chill until needed. Can be made the night before.
